Importing CBD Products into Hong Kong: A Serious Criminal Offense

From 1 February 2023, importing CBD or any products containing CBD into Hong Kong is considered a serious criminal offense. Customs will confiscate all products containing CBD and immediate legal actions may follow. Please ensure that there is no CBD in any form (e.g., cosmetics, food, beverages, etc.) with the shipper or consignee before accepting the shipment instruction.
